We are presented with this png image file.

Notice! This image have so much highlight on its top-left side.
lets open it with a photo editing software with feature to change shadows and highlight curves, I am using Shotwell for this.

After opening image with Shotwell go to bottom left and click on “Adjust”.

This Window will open up.

Now move the arrow under the histogram to the spike in the right.

We will get this image with flag visible.

Here we can see it more clearly.
